26" square, 18" high Paint decorated New England stand with black and red graining and stenciled decoration incorporating fruit. It came with a side chair that is slightly earlier than the chair but put together years ago by a collector as an assemble. Having a bold overhang on the top with ovolo corners and solid birdseye maple. The step down windsor side chair is really a great match even if a bit too elegant and early for the table. Priced for the two items together.

24" x 38" oil on canvas signed lower right. Painted about 1830. This artistic work shows the vessel in two positions inbound to Liverpool. The scene is off South Stack Rock and lighthouse. The small multi-colored vessel just below and a little to the right of the lighthouse is a Liverpool Pilot cutter headed for Princess Charlotte to offer a pilot. The three flags atop the foremast are 217 in the Liverpool or Watson's code. They represent Princess Charlotte.
