Watercolor on paper, framed and matted. Appr. 6" x 5" net image size and 14" x 11" framed. I would say this is a 19th C work in the early 17th C style.

Schumacher, Columbus Museum of Art, as attribted to Johannes Lingelbach, Dutch 1622-1674 and bearing old signature of Lingelbach. An art historian in Holland has suggested an attribution of Jan Griffier as more plauasible.
